- All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
- Delivery times are usually within 3-5 working days from the date your order is dispatched.
- If you require an express delivery for a special occasion, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly so that we can discuss accommodating your specific needs.
- We are extremely proud to say that we always use plastic free packaging to wrap and send your orders.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for any import fees and taxes when shipping internationally!
All these delivery times are to be considered as estimates. We cannot guarantee these delivery times in the event of unforeseen events, such as HGV driving bans, strikes, social movements affecting order preparation and delivery services, goods being held by customs and any other event considered as force majeure.

RETURNS
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase or would like to exchange your item for a different colour, we will offer you an exchange or refund if you return the item within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If these requirements are not satisfied, we reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Delivery shipping costs are non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
Whilst we make every effort to process returns as quickly as possible, during busy periods this may take up to 10 days from the date of receipt.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@peshtemall.co.uk.
Exchanges
We take every care to ensure that you are receiving the best quality items, however if you receive an item that is faulty, then we are very sorry and we will refund or replace your item. A refund will be awarded as long as the faulty item(s) hasn't been misused and the care instructions have been followed.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
